These terms govern your use of this website and the sale of goods by South Wind Tech Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at 11/F, Capital Centre, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Ordering
An order placed through this website, by telephone or by email is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by telephone or email. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable or the address is outside our delivery area.
2. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and exclude delivery unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed with your order is the price you pay. Wholesale prices apply from 10 cartons and are quoted separately.
3. Payment
Retail orders within Hong Kong are paid in cash to the courier on delivery. Wholesale orders may be paid by bank transfer against an invoice, within the period stated on it.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns
Your return and refund rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pack sizes, sheet counts and colours may vary slightly between batches. Images are for illustration.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Use of this website
The content of this website belongs to South Wind Tech Limited and may not be copied without our written permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
