South Wind Tech Limited (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or place an order, how we use it, and your rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

- Order data — your name, telephone number, email address and delivery address, with the products and quantities ordered.
- Enquiry data — the name, contact details and message you send us.
- Technical data — standard web server records such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
We do not collect or store payment card details. Retail orders are paid in cash on delivery.
2. How we use your data
- To process, confirm and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order, a delivery or a return.
- To answer enquiries and provide quotations.
- To keep accounting records as required by Hong Kong law.
We do not use your data for marketing unless you have asked to receive it, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
3. Disclosure to others
We share your delivery name, address and telephone number with the courier delivering your order, for that purpose only. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or a competent authority.
4. Retention
Order records are kept for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Enquiry records are deleted within twelve months unless they form part of an ongoing matter.
5. Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to order records is limited to staff who need it to fulfil orders.
6. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You may block cookies in your browser; the site will continue to work.
7. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@southwindtech.lol. We respond within 40 days as required by the Ordinance.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
