1. Delivery area
We deliver to all districts of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Deliveries to outlying islands may take one additional working day. We do not currently ship outside Hong Kong; for export enquiries email info@southwindtech.lol.
2. Delivery charges
- Orders of US$50 or more: free delivery.
- Orders below US$50: flat delivery charge of US$5.
- Wholesale orders of 10 cartons or more: delivery quoted with the order.
3. Processing and delivery time
Orders are confirmed by telephone or email within one business day. Once confirmed, goods in stock are dispatched within one to two business days and normally arrive within two to four business days of dispatch. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Receiving your order
Our courier will contact you before delivery. Deliveries are made between 09:00 and 20:00. If nobody is available, the courier will try once more on the next business day.
You may open the parcel and inspect the goods before paying. If the goods are damaged or incorrect, you may refuse delivery at no cost.
5. Payment on delivery
Retail orders within Hong Kong are paid in cash to the courier. Wholesale customers may settle by bank transfer against an invoice.
6. Delays outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather (including typhoon and black rainstorm warnings), courier disruption or other events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you with a revised delivery date.
