Which areas do you deliver to?

All districts of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Outlying islands may take one extra working day. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I pay?

Retail orders are paid in cash to the courier on delivery. Wholesale customers may pay by bank transfer against an invoice.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days of confirmation and normally arrive within two to four business days.

Can I return an item?

Yes — unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Faulty or incorrect goods are collected and replaced at our cost. See our Return Policy.
